Description

Serve up this crockpot hashbrown casserole for a weeknight side dish. This cheesy hashbrowns casserole is also called funeral potatoes. A side dish everyone enjoys. 


Ingredients

  • 3 cups hash browns, frozen
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare slow cooker with nonstick spray 
  2. In a large bowl mix all ingredients except 1 cup of cheese until well combined 
  3. Place in an even layer in slow cooker
  4. Cook 4 hours on low 
  5. Sprinkle remaining 1 cup cheese on top 
  6. Cook for an additional 20 minutes 

Serve immediately and enjoy!
