Description

This peach salsa recipe is made without any tomatoes at all and tastes like summer in a bite! It goes perfect on tortilla chips, fish, chicken, and rice!


Ingredients

  1. 68 large fresh peaches, peeled or not, pitted and quartered
  2. 1/2 red onion, quartered
  3. 1/2 bunch cilantro
  4. 12 jalapenos, halved, seeds out or in per preference
  5. 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  6. 2 tablespoons lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Combine everything in a food processor and pulse only until well combined 
  2. Serve with tortilla chips and enjoy!
