Turkey Bacon Club Lunch Kabobs

Description

This Turkey club is loaded with bacon, lettuce and tomatoes sandwiched between two grilled cheese sandwiches and then popped on a skewer for the ultimate on-the-go lunch!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 deli turkey slices
  • 4 Turkey bacon, cooked
  • 12 Grilled cheese sandwiches, cooled
  • 2 Green leaf lettuce leaves
  • 2 Cherry tomatoes
  • Ranch dip, optional

Instructions

  1. Cut 2 grilled cheese sandwiches with star cookie cutters, if desired. Mom or dad can eat the leftovers! Otherwise, cut a single grilled cheese sandwich into 4 squares.
  2. Cut each slice of bacon into four pieces. 
  3. Assemble skewer in this order:
  • Grilled cheese sandwich
  • 2 small pieces bacon
  • Turkey slice
  • Lettuce
  • 2 small pieces bacon
  • Grilled cheese sandwich
  • Cherry tomato 

Serve with ranch dip or dressing for dipping.
