Instructions
Start by cutting off the top of the garlic bulb using a sharp knife to expose the cloves.
Place each bulb on a square piece of aluminum foil and drizzle with olive oil, letting it seep between the exposed cloves.
Wrap the foil around the garlic heads, making sure to close ends of foil tightly.
Place the foil-wrapped garlic bulbs in your air fryer basket.
Cook at 400°F for 15 minutes, or until the cloves are soft and golden brown.
Notes
For best results, make sure all garlic cloves are exposed when cutting the top of the bulb.
Don't skip the oil - it helps the garlic cook evenly and develop that creamy texture.
Check the garlic at 12 minutes as cooking time may vary depending on your air fryer.
Use oven mitts when handling the hot foil packets.
