Make up your box of brownie mix according to the directions on the box in a large bowl.
Ready two mini muffin baking pan and add the chocolate mixture. Don't fill more than half of each slot.
Bake for around 12 minutes. Check if they're done with a toothpick.
After baking, make a small hole in each brownie with a spoon. Remove from the tray and let them cool on parchment paper or a cooling rack.
Melt white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat it 30 seconds at a time and stir each time.
Dip the top of each brownie in the melted chocolate, then add sprinkles.
Use a frosting bag to pipe trees on the brownies. If the frosting isn’t holding its shape, refrigerate it for 10 minutes. Decorate with candy and more sprinkles.
Notes
If your frosting is too thin, place the piping bag in the fridge for about 10 to 15 minutes, and it will firm up.
If you don't have a piping bag for the frosting, you can use a ziplock bag with a small corner cut-off. This will allow you to shape the frosting into a tree shape onto the brownies.
For a fun, festive twist, consider using colored and shaped sprinkles like little stars or candy canes. It adds an extra element of festive charm to your Christmas Tree Brownies.
Be sure not to overfill the mini muffin slots with brownie mix. If they rise too much, you won't have a flat surface for your frosting.
If you want to add a bit more texture to your regular brownies, consider adding finely chopped nuts to the brownie batter before baking.
It is important to let the brownies cool completely before frosting them. If they are too warm, the frosting may melt and not hold its shape.
