Easy Homemade Italian Breadsticks
These Homemade Italian Breadsticks are soft, fluffy, and topped with a delicious garlic parmesan topping. They make a great side dish for all your favorite meals.

Grated Parmesan Cheese

Garlic Salt

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400° F.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Then set aside.
In a small bowl, mix together the parmesan cheese, garlic salt and onion powder. Set aside.
Roll each biscuit out into a rope about 6 inches long. Place on the prepared baking sheet.
Brush each breadstick with olive oil, top with the parmesan cheese mixture.
Bake for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle with additional parmesan cheese mixture.
Serve with marinara, ranch, garlic butter or any of your families favorite conditiments.
Notes
Shaping:
I like to roll my breadsticks on a lightly floured surface like a cutting board. This prevents them from sticking to my hands and counters.
Leave Some Room:
Remember that they will puff up a bit in the oven, so make sure to leave some space between each breadstick on the baking sheet.
Bake Time:
If you prefer a softer breadstick, bake for 8 minutes. For a crispy texture, bake for 10 minutes.
Dipping:
Try dipping these cheesy breadsticks in marinara sauce, seasoned olive oil, or even alfredo sauce.
