Hard Boiled Eggs in Instant Pot (Egg Salad Recipe)
Instant Pot Egg Salad is a great way to hard boil your eggs with a hands off approach. This egg salad with mayonnaise is a must make for a quick lunch, protein snack or light dinner. The whole family will enjoy this Instant Pot recipe.
Pour 4 cups of water into the Instant Pot. Place a trivet or metal steaming basket inside the pot.
Arrange eggs on the trivet or in the steaming basket.

Secure the Instant Pot lid and set it to manual mode for 5-7 minutes of cooking time, based on the preferred doneness of the eggs.
Use the quick pressure release method; once safe, open the lid. Transfer eggs with a slotted spoon to a large bowl of ice water to cool.
After cooling, peel the eggs and place them in a separate bowl.
Mash the eggs using a fork or potato masher until finely diced, or use a food processor for chopping.
Add mayonnaise and mustard until achieving the desired creaminess. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and dill; adjust to taste.
