Stuffed Mushrooms with bacon and cream cheese are a delicious snack and appetizer and they’re easy to make. These bacon and cream cheese stuffed mushrooms are the perfect crowd pleaser.
Setting Up: Begin by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a rimmed baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper. This step ensures easy clean-up and prevents sticking.
Preparing the Mushrooms: Carefully remove the mushroom stems from your Baby Bella mushrooms. Place these mushrooms cap-side down on the previously prepared baking sheet.

Creating the Filling: In a separate medium bowl, combine the chopped crispy bacon, softened cream cheese, shredded mozzarella cheese, panko breadcrumbs, dried chives, dried minced onion, and black pepper. Stir these ingredients until they are thoroughly mixed.

Baking Time: Once all the mushrooms are stuffed, place mushrooms on the baking sheet in the oven. Bake the mushrooms for 20-25 minutes, or until you see that they are golden brown and the filling has heated through.
Serving: After baking, remove the mushrooms from the oven. Serve the best stuffed mushrooms warm and enjoy the burst of flavors with each bite!

If you have a lot of filler in the stuffed mushrooms these may take longer to cook, closer to 30 minutes.
