Instructions
Start by preheating your oven to 275°F and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Arrange pretzel snaps on the prepared tray, keeping them about 1 inch apart.
Place an unwrapped Rolo on top of each pretzel.
Bake for 2-4 minutes until the chocolates just start to soften. Watch carefully to avoid over-melting.
Remove from oven and immediately top each with a pecan half, pressing gently to spread the chocolate.
Let cool completely before serving. Speed up cooling in the refrigerator if desired.
Notes
Keep a close eye on the chocolates while baking – they should keep their shape while softening.
Start with 2 minutes of baking time for room temperature Rolos or 3-4 minutes for chilled ones.
Press the pecans down gently – you want to spread the chocolate without breaking the pretzel.
Use parchment paper for easy cleanup and to prevent sticking.
