Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine the oil, yogurt, garlic and spices to create marinade
2 Tbsp Olive Oil,
¼ Cup Plain Greek yogurt,
1 Tbsp Garlic,
½ Tbsp Paprika,
½ Tbsp Thyme,
1 Tsp Dill,
1 Tsp Cumin,
1 Tsp Parsley
Toss onion, peppers, mushrooms and chicken in the Greek marinade. Let sit in fridge for 30 minutes.

½ Average Purple Onion,
4 oz Whole Mushrooms ,
12 oz Chicken Breasts
Cut skewers to fit your air fryer basket and begin places chicken and vegetables on skewers. Try to evenly distribute pieces.
Place skewers in Air Fryer basket and cook on 400 for 15 minutes. Flip skewers halfway.
Notes
For dipping sauce, take marinade ingredients with less oil and more yogurt and combine.
