Instructions
Chocolate Chip Cookie Directions:
Using a medium bowl whisk the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt until combined
Using a standing mixer, beat the butter, sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla until combined
Gradually mix in the dry ingredients into the wet until combined
Fold in the chocolate chips
Cover and place into the fridge while you make the brownie batter
Fudge Brownie Directions:
Using another medium bowl, whisk the flour, cornstarch, baking powder and salt
Using a standing mixer, beat the melted butter, sugar and cocoa powder until combined
Beat in the eggs until combined
Gradually beat in the dry ingredients until combined and a dough forms
Mix in 3⁄4 Cup semi sweet chocolate chips
Place dough into the fridge for 15 minutes
Preheat oven and line two cookie sheets with parchment paper or a silicone mat
Remove both dough from the fridge. Using small ice cream scooper, scoop out a small amount
of both dough into your hand
Roll the doughs into 1 ball of yummy goodness
Place onto the cookie sheet and press down lightly to create a thick disk
Repeat steps until both dough is used
Sprinkle the remaining chocolate chips on top
Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes or until a light golden brown
Allow to cool before enjoying!
Notes
Refrigerate cookie dough mix and brownie mix for at least 15 minutes each
