Bubble Pizza combines biscuit pieces, pizza sauce, pepperoni, and mozzarella in one easy casserole. The biscuits bake into soft, puffy bites under a melted cheese topping, making it a simple family dinner.
Preheat the oven to 375°F. Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Cut each biscuit into four pieces. Place them in a large bowl and toss with pizza sauce until evenly coated.
Stir in 1½ cups mozzarella cheese and the mini pepperoni.
Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared dish.
Sprinkle the remaining ½ cup mozzarella and Parmesan over the top. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
Bake for 25–30 minutes, until the biscuits are cooked through and the cheese is melted and lightly browned.
Let stand for five minutes before serving.
