Instructions
Pour the butterscotch schnapps into a chilled shot glass.
Hold a small spoon upside down over the glass, with the back of the spoon level with the schnapps.
Very slowly pour the Bailey's over the back of the spoon to create the layered effect.
Notes
Chill both liqueurs thoroughly before making the shot - cold liquids layer better.
Keep the spoon as close to the liquid surface as possible while pouring.
Pour the Bailey's very slowly to maintain distinct layers.
If the layers mix slightly, let the shot rest for a minute - it will often separate again.
