Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375F
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
Roll out your puff pastry and use a pizza cutter to cut into 1" wide strips.
Sprinkle generously with sugar and cinnamon.
Grasp both ends of a strip and twist the pastry dough - place on your baking sheet.
Repeat with all strips.
Bake 10-12 minutes until golden.
