Pour one can of the sweetened condensed milk over the caramel melts. Mix the green apple flavoring with the second can of condensed milk in a separate container, then pour this over the green melts.

Microwave each bowl separately for about 2 ½ minutes, stirring every minute, until the mixture is smooth and fully melted.
Now for the fun part! Alternate the melted caramel and the caramel melts into your prepared pan. Aim for about four pours of each to create a beautiful swirl pattern.
Pop the pan in the fridge and set it for at least 4 hours.
Once set, cut into ½-inch individual pieces and enjoy your homemade creamy caramel apple fudge!
