This Baked Turkey Tenderloin is juicy, flavorful, and seasoned to perfection. The oven does most of the work, so it makes for an easy and lean main course on a busy night.

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 F.
In a small bowl, combine the herbs and seasonings.
1 tablespoon fresh thyme,
1 tablespoon fresh rosemary,
1 tablespoon fresh sage,
1 teaspoon salt,
½ teaspoon black pepper
Use paper towels to pat the tenderloins dry.
Season on all sides with the seasoning mixture.
Heat a cast iron or oven proof skillet and the avocado oil on the stove on medium-high heat.
1 tablespoon avocado oil
Once the skillet and oil are hot, sear the tenderloins for about 2-3 minutes on all sides.
2 1.5 pound turkey tenderloins
After it's sear, move the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 20-23 minutes or until the internal tempeature reaches 160 F.
Remove from the oven and rest for 15-20 minutes before slicing.
Garnish with fresh herbs and serve.
Notes
To get a nice sear on your tenderloins, ensure your cast iron skillet is nice and hot, so turkey browns.
If you use a baking dish, spray it well with nonstick cooking spray.
Cooking times can vary by oven, so I recommend using a meat thermometer to check for doneness to prevent under-cooked food.
I made this recipe with fresh herbs; you can use dried. However, they are stronger, so you will need to use less.
If you don't have an oven-safe skillet, sear the tenderloins in a skillet and then move to a greased stainless steel baking dish.
