- 2 1.5 pound turkey tenderloins
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh sage minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon avocado oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- In a small bowl, combine the herbs and seasonings.1 tablespoon fresh thyme,1 tablespoon fresh rosemary,1 tablespoon fresh sage,1 teaspoon salt,½ teaspoon black pepper
- Use paper towels to pat the tenderloins dry.
- Season on all sides with the seasoning mixture.
- Heat a cast iron or oven proof skillet and the avocado oil on the stove on medium-high heat.1 tablespoon avocado oil
- Once the skillet and oil are hot, sear the tenderloins for about 2-3 minutes on all sides.2 1.5 pound turkey tenderloins
