Easy Sugar Cookie Fudge with White Chocolate Chips
Sugar cookie fudge is a 3 ingredient fudge recipe. Made with sugar cookie mix, frosting, and white chocolate. A holiday fudge recipe that can be made for anytime of the year. So simple, and affordable to make.
Line your baking dish with parchment paper and set it aside.
Microwave the frosting until it is liquid, stirring frequently to prevent burning.
Combine the melted frosting, white chocolate chips, and sugar cookie mix in a bowl. Mix thoroughly until well combined.
Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish. Top with sprinkles if desired. Refrigerate for 2 hours or until the fudge is set.
Notes
You can put the raw flour mixture on a baking sheet and bake it at 300 degrees for 5-10 minutes to kill any harmful bacteria in the flour.
Use Christmas sprinkles to make this an easy holiday fudge. I like festive sprinkles because they make the fudge pop and stand out. Place the sprinkles on while the white chocolate fudge is still wet.
Mix in 1/2 cup of white chocolate chips to the batter to add texture to the fudge.
An 8×8 size pan is what I used for this, but if you want, double the recipe and use a 9×13 pan.
