Flavor-Infused Baked Tortilla Chips (Corn & Flour!)
These crispy homemade baked tortilla chips are oven-baked and tossed in a copycat cool ranch Doritos seasoning or zesty garlic! You can't go wrong!

Ingredients
Baked Chips

Flour and/or corn tortillas
cut into quarters

butter
melted
Any seasoning blend you like, for these chips I used:
Dry ranch seasoning packet
flour tortillas
Zesty Garlic blend
corn tortillas
Dill Ranch Onion Dip

dry ranch dressing mix

teaspoon
dry dill

tablespoon
dry minced onion

sour cream
Zesty Garlic Chip Seasoning

garlic powder

chili powder

onion powder

dry cilantro

Instructions
Baked Chips
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet(s) with parchment paper
Cut the tortillas into quarters, 4 triangles for each tortilla
In a shallow bowl, whisk together melted butter and seasoning of choice until well combined
Dip the tortilla pieces into the seasoning mixture and place on lined baking sheet
Bake flour chips for about 15-20 minutes until golden brown and crisp
Corn chips may take a little longer, 20-25 minutes
Serve with your favorite dip
Enjoy!
Dill Ranch Onion Dip
Mix all ingredients until well combined
Chill in refrigerator at least 30 minutes before serving
Serve with chips, pita or naan bread, veggies, etc
