Cut the mangos into cubes and freeze it for 3 hours, or skip this step if you already have frozen mango.
Place the ice, frozen mango, lime juice, tequila, and Cointreau in a blender and blend until smooth. If the mixture is too thick to blend, let it sit and melt for a few minutes, or serve with straws.
Pour the mango mixture into the glasses and garnish with a lime slice and mint leaves.
