Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
In a large bowl mix chicken, 1 cup of cheese, green chilis, and salt & pepper until well combined
Warm enchilada sauce in a small skillet
Dip tortillas in sauce
Add chicken mix to middle of tortilla
Spread sour cream over chicken mixture
Roll stuffed tortilla seam down and place in an 8x8 pan prepared with nonstick spray
Continue the process until pan is full
Pour remaining sauce over the top
Sprinkle on remaining cheese
Bake for 20 minutes until bubbly and golden on top
