How To Make A Green Chile Chicken Enchilada Casserole

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees 
  2. In a large bowl mix chicken, 1 cup of cheese, green chilis, and salt & pepper until well combined. (Photo 1)
  3. Warm enchilada sauce in a small skillet 
  4. Dip tortillas in sauce (Photo 2)
  5. Add chicken mix to middle of tortilla (Photo 3)
  6. Spread sour cream over chicken mixture (Photo 4)

  1. Roll stuffed tortilla seam down and place in an 8×8 pan prepared with nonstick spray (Photo 5)
  2. Continue the process until pan is full
