  • 3 ½ Tablespoons Cinnamon
  • 2 ½ Teaspoons Ginger
  • 2 ½ Teaspoons Nutmeg
  • 1 ½ Teaspoons Allspice

Instructions

  • Combine all items in a small bowl.
  • Mix thoroughly. Store in a sealed spice jar, or use the spice immediately.

Notes

  • When you make your own spice blends, make sure to use fresh spices, as this will ensure the quality and longevity of the blend.
  • I recommend shaking the bottle a bit before using it to ensure all the seasonings are mixed together well.
  • If you like or want less of each ingredient, feel free to create your own custom blend with each spice.
  • The allspice and cloves offer a nice bite of flavor. To add more zest, use 1/4 teaspoon more of each spice.
  • Keep the spice blend in a sealed jar or airtight bag. Otherwise, your pumpkin spice will lose much of its flavor.
