1 Can White Frosting 16 ounces
1 ½ Cups White Chocolate Chips
3 Packages Blue Pop Rocks
3 Packages Red Pop Rocks

Instructions

Line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper and set it aside.
In a microwave safe bowl add your white chocolate. Heat for 30-second increments stirring between each heat cycle. Once the chocoalte is fully melted set aside.
1 ½ Cups White Chocolate Chips
Then you will open the frosting and remove the seal and lid. Microwave for 30 second increments stirring between heat cycles. until melted.
Pour the frosting into the chocolate and mix until combined.
1 Can White Frosting
Pour into the pan, and then sprinkle the pop rocks on top of the fudge.
3 Packages Blue Pop Rocks, 3 Packages Red Pop Rocks
Let the fudge set up for up to 8 hours or until hardened.
Slice and serve.

Notes

Make sure to completely remove any foil on top of the frosting container before microwaving it. Failure to do so could result in sparking and flames in the microwave. Removing the foil is a simple task. If you're concerned, you can transfer the frosting to a microwave-safe bowl and melt it that way.

The number of fudge pieces you get will depend on the size at which you cut them. I typically cut mine into 1-2-inch pieces.

To ensure smooth removal from the pan, it's important to use parchment paper. If you don't have parchment paper, at least apply cooking spray to the pan before making the fudge.

Any store-bought white frosting flavor will work for this recipe.

Adding pop rocks to the fudge will create a delightful popping and crackling experience. It's particularly enjoyable when making this fudge with kids, as it feels like a miniature fireworks show while stirring.

When you mix the frosting with the chocolate, it may initially appear to thicken. Don't worry, just stir it well, and it will become more fluid.

Store the fudge in an airtight container in a cool, dry pantry for up to 5 days. Alternatively, you can store it in the fridge for up to 2 weeks, or in the freezer for up to 3 months. Ensure the container is tightly sealed to maintain freshness.
