Bring 1 cup of water to boil in a pot on the stove.
Mix the boiling hot water with 3 ounces of orange jello. Whisk until the gelatin, and the powder is dissolved.
Whisk in the cold water and the Malibu Orange Float.
Fill each shot glass 1/3 full and put in the fridge for 45 minutes.
Grab another medium bowl and add 1/4 cup of cold water and one unflavored gelatin package. Let it set for 5 minutes. Whisk in 1/2 cup of the boiling water and whisk.
Whisk in 1/4 cup of rum and the sweetened condensed milk. Fill another 1/3 of the jello shot, making the middle layer. Put in the fridge for 1 hour.
Repeat the steps using the orange jello. This will make the top layer for the shot glass. Once it has been done, add a pineapple ring or pineapple chunk to the top and let set in the fridge overnight. Add a maraschino cherry as well!
