Add the chicken breast to the slow cook with the onions and seasoning.

In a medium mixing bowl, combine the soup, broth, gravy mix, and garlic, then pour it over the chicken.

Add the dry stuffing mix and set the slow cooker for 6 hours. Once the chicken reaches 165℉, you can serve it in a casserole dish.

Notes
Do not lift the lid of the slow cooker while this Chicken and Stuffing Bake is cooking. You want the condensation to be able to drip into the stuffing to keep it moist.
Once done, stir very gently so that you don’t make the stuffing mushy.
For easy cleanup, use a slow cooker liner or spray your slow cooker with cooking spray.
