Using a muffin tin upside down, place a waffle between muffin bowls to create a waffle taco shape. Bake waffle tacos for 4 - 5 minutes or until slightly crisped. Note: The waffle tacos should be firm enough to stand up on their own.
Allow waffle tacos to cool.
Spread peanut butter inside each waffle taco.
Gently stuff waffle taco with strawberries and blueberries.
