Preheat the oven to 375℉ Unroll crescent rolls and press over the bottom and sides to make a crust. Place in an ungreased 10-inch pie plate.
In a skillet cook ground beef over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until thoroughly cooked and browned; Add salsa and taco seasoning mix to the ground beef mixture and simmer for 3-4 minutes allowing the flavors to combine.
Spoon meat mixture into pie pan and sprinkle with cheese.
Bake for 15 to 17 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and cheese is melted.
Top with lettuce and tomato. Serve with salsa, sour cream and avocado as toppings if desired.
