  • Perfect addition for any Cookie Monster fan!

Ingredients

  • Unsalted Butter – I always use salted butter when baking. If you only have salted butter, omit adding in any salt elsewhere.
  • Light Brown Sugar – You can also use white sugar instead of brown sugar.
  • Sugar – Added to sweeten the cookies, frosting, and donuts.
  • Egg
  • Pure Vanilla
  • Flour
  • Kosher Salt – To taste.
  • Baking Powder – Helps to give the donuts a fluffy texture.
  • Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips – You can also vary up with a different flavor of chocolate chips.
  • Powdered Sugar
  • Heavy Whipping Cream – This helps to create a rich and creamy texture.
  • Sky blue gel food coloring – To give the frosting that cookie monster coloring!
  • Edible eyes – A must!
  • Ground Nutmeg – Ground cinnamon could be used as well.
  • Whole milk – I like to use whole milk for the added fat content as it creates richness.
  • Canola oil
