Soft tortilla, mozzarella cheese, Italian seasoning, pepperoni slices, Pizza sauce, and cooking oil on the countertop.

  1. Add a bit of oil or cooking spray to a non-stick skillet over medium-low heat. 
  2. Place 1 medium soft tortilla in the skillet and spread shredded cheese over one half of the tortilla. (Photos 1 & 2)

  1. Sprinkle about 1/8 tsp Italian seasoning over the cheese then top with pepperoni and cook until cheese begins to melt. (Photo 3) 
  2. Fold in half and cook for another minute until the tortilla is golden brown on both sides. (Photo 4) 
  3. Serve with pizza sauce for dipping.

Pizza meets quesadillas in this pepperoni pizzadilla. It is full of cheesy goodness with just the right amount of spice!

Ingredients 

  • 1 medium soft tortilla
  • cup (37 ⅓ g) mozzarella cheese shredded
  • tsp italian seasoning
  • 4 turkey pepperoni slices
  • Oil for frying or cooking spray
  • Pizza sauce for dipping

Instructions

  • Add a bit of oil or cooking spray to a non-stick skillet over medium low heat.
  • Place 1 medium soft tortilla in skillet and spread shredded cheese over one half of the tortilla.
  • Sprinkle about 1/8 tsp italian seasoning over the cheese then top with pepperoni and cook until cheese begins to melt.
