  1. Add a bit of oil or cooking spray to a non-stick skillet over medium-low heat. 
  2. Place 1 medium soft tortilla in the skillet and spread shredded cheese over one half of the tortilla. (Photos 1 & 2)

  1. Sprinkle about 1/8 tsp Italian seasoning over the cheese then top with pepperoni and cook until cheese begins to melt. (Photo 3) 
  2. Fold in half and cook for another minute until the tortilla is golden brown on both sides. (Photo 4) 
  3. Serve with pizza sauce for dipping.

  • cup (37 ⅓ g) mozzarella cheese shredded
  • tsp italian seasoning
  • 4 turkey pepperoni slices
  • Oil for frying or cooking spray
