Fall dinners should be hearty, warming, and easy to pull off on a busy week. I’ve put together twelve of my favorites, from slow cooker soups to sheet pan roasts. Scroll through and save the ones that look good.

Slow Cooker Clam Chowder is thick and creamy, with tender potatoes and smoky clams that slow cook all day into a rich, warming bowl. I serve it with crusty bread for dunking. It is one of my favorite fall dinners when the temperature drops.

Ratatouille Lasagna layers roasted vegetables, rich tomato sauce, and creamy ricotta between pasta sheets for a dinner that truly satisfies. It is a great way to use seasonal produce and still feel like a full meal. I bring this to potlucks all fall.

Apple Pork Chops are golden-seared and finished in a maple-Dijon pan sauce with fresh apples and cinnamon. The flavors are savory and sweet at once, which is exactly what fall calls for. I have this on the table in under an hour.

One Pot Chicken and Orzo is a creamy one-pan meal with tender chicken, fresh herbs, and orzo that soaks up all the flavor as it cooks. Everything comes together in a single pot, so cleanup is minimal. I reach for this one on the busiest weeknights.

Cracker Barrel Meatloaf is a slow cooker copycat that comes out tender and cheesy with a sweet, tangy glaze on top. It only takes about 15 minutes of prep, then the crockpot does the rest. I make this for Sunday dinner or whenever I need something that feeds a crowd.

Crockpot Beef Tips and Gravy are fork-tender chunks of beef simmered low and slow in a rich brown gravy until everything is melt-in-your-mouth good. I serve it over egg noodles or mashed potatoes for a full fall dinner. This one is always a hit.

Sheet Pan Chicken and Vegetables

Sheet Pan Chicken and Vegetables is a simple weeknight dinner with seasoned chicken thighs roasted alongside potatoes, carrots, and green beans on a single pan. Everything gets a little crispy on the edges, and cleanup is minimal. I rotate this into my fall dinner plan every week.

Crock Pot Taco Pasta is a creamy, cheesy pasta with seasoned ground beef and taco flavor all cooked together in the slow cooker. It is a weeknight win made from pantry staples. I top mine with sour cream and green onions.
