What You Need To Make This Turkey Cranberry Sliders Recipe

  • Hawaiian Rolls
  • Deli turkey slices
  • Swiss cheese
  • Cranberry sauce

  • Worcestershire sauce

Substitutions and Variations

  • Poppy Seeds – If you are allergic to poppy seeds or do not like them, leave them off.
  • Hawaiian Rolls – If you prefer a savory bun instead of the sweet, get regular slider buns or butter rolls.
  • Spicy – Not a fan of spice? Use Dijon or regular mustard instead of spicy mustard.

How to Make Turkey Cranberry Sliders

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Then, slice Hawaiian rolls in half and place them in a casserole dish. Spread ¾ cup cranberry sauce bottom of the rolls. (Photo 1)
  2. Top the cranberry sauce with sliced turkey. Place the sliced Swiss cheese on top of the turkey slices. Add top of rolls on top of the Swiss cheese. (Photos 2, 3 & 4)

  1. In a small mixing bowl, melt a stick of butter. Combine butter, ¼ cup cranberry sauce, spicy brown mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and poppy seeds together and mix until well combined and lumps are gone. Pour mixture over sandwiches. (Photos 5, 6 & 7)
  2. Top with ¼ cup dried cranberries and bake in the oven for 15 – 20 minutes or until rolls are golden brown and cheese has melted. (Photo 8)

Storage

Store leftover Turkey Cranberry Sliders in an airtight container or wrap with aluminum foil. Place sandwich in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

  • 12 Hawaiian Rolls 1 package
  • 8 oz (226 ⅘ g) deli turkey slices
  • 8 oz (226 ⅘ g) swiss cheese
  • ¾ cup (210 g) cranberry sauce
  • Topping
  • 1 stick butter melted
  • 2 tbsp Spicy brown mustard
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • ¼ cup (70 g) cranberry sauce
  • 1 tbsp Poppy seeds
  • ¼ cup (30 2/7 g) dried cranberries

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
