How to Make No Bake Key Lime Pie

Step One: Start by adding all your ingredients into a large bowl.
Step Two: Next, mix well, until fully creamy and combined. I recommend using a hand mixer or stand mixer.
Step Three: Pour the pie filling into the graham cracker crust.
Step Four: Freeze overnight, then garnish with graham crackers and limes right before serving.
Tips For Success
I do recommend using a hand or stand mixer for whipping up the key lime pie filling. I find that it helps to incorporate the ingredients nicely.
Key limes are best as they are packed full of tart and tangy juice. Now, if you can’t find key limes you can use regular limes.
Freezing the pie overnight really helps to set the pie filling, and you serve it chilled so it is so refreshing and delicious.
Thinly slice the lime, so you can twist and place on the top for a garnish to each slice if you want.
Now I used Cool Whip, but you are more than welcome to use a homemade whipped topping if you prefer.
So once your pie is fully set you can store any leftovers in the fridge or freezer. The biggest thing is making sure your no bake lime pie is covered and stored in a sealed container. This pie will take on other flavors of the fridge if it soaks in odors.
Storing in a proper container is key. The key lime pie can store for up to a week in the fridge, or 3-4 months in the freezer.
Slice and serve and enjoy chilled. Don’t leave the pie out for more than two hours at a time. Refrigerate or freeze for 30 minutes to cool it back down if you reach that two hour mark. Then you can place it back out for guests.

- 2 graham cracker crust pie shells
- 1 tub cool whip
- ¾ container frozen limeade thawed
- 1 can condensed milk
- 2 limes juiced
- Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until smooth
