Fresh Peach Popsicle FAQs
If you don’t have room to keep your popsicles in your freezer inside the mold. You can store them in a freezer bag altogether or wrap each one in plastic wrap to keep them from sticking.
You can use silicone ice cube trays or empty yogurt containers. They work well, and you can easily pop the popsicles out. Just a little side note, the peach lemonade popsicle will expand as it freezes, so leave a space at the top of your molds when adding the mixture.
Not everyone likes peaches’ floral sweetness. Thankfully, there are many fruit substitutes to choose from. If you are a berry lover, you can use strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, or blackberries. But, if you are going for a more summer vibe, you can use mango, kiwi, banana, pineapple, melon, or watermelon.
If you are using silicone-based molds, the popsicles slide out smoothly and in one piece. However, if you are using metal or plastic mold, you should run the mold under warm water. It should take a few seconds for the mold to release the frozen pops.
Ideally, fruit popsicles should only be stored in the freezer for up to three months. Since these frozen pops are made of fruits, they can start to take on a weird taste if they stay longer than three months.
Depending on how thick your peach lemonade popsicles are, it should take anywhere between 4 and 8 hours to be completely frozen.
