Let’s talk about mojitos!

This Havana-born traditional cocktail is a summertime favorite. The classic mojito consists of five ingredients: white rum, sugar, lime juice, soda water, and mint. But mojitos have many fruity variations, and they can be made with a variety of different fruits. A Kiwi Mint Mojito is a fruity twist on a classic mojito. This recipe has only 4 ingredients and requires less sugar than the original drink, making it healthier too! It tastes like summer in a glass and is perfect for your next get-together or tailgate party.

What to Serve/Pair with Your Fresh Kiwi & Mint Mojito Cocktail Recipe

Mojitos pair really well with seafood! You can serve this Kiwi Mint Mojito alongside shrimp/prawns, fish tacos, or ceviche, as they are all excellent options for a meal pairing. Mojitos also go great with chips and a variety of dips, or pair it with a main course such as enchiladas for a complete meal. Because kiwi mojitos are sweet, they should be served alongside items that are salty to provide a more balanced flavor experience.
