Frequently Asked Questions

Is this seasoning spicy?

It does have a kick of heat from the red pepper flakes. If you do not want to have spice just leave out the red pepper flakes.

Can I use fresh herbs instead of dried?

Fresh herbs are not as potent so make sure if you use fresh that you test the flavor and adjust the amount of each spice to fit your needs. Also, if you use fresh you are going to find that you can not store the leftovers, as it will spoil.
