Storing Waffles

If you happen to not eat all your waffles right away you can store them in the fridge or freezer. Just make sure to not add the fruit on top until you are ready to eat, or it will sog up the waffle.

Storing in the fridge – Just place your cooled waffles in a bag or container. They will store for 3-4 days in the fridge. Then eat cold or warm them up in the microwave.

Freezer – Freeze waffles for 3-4 months. You can place in a freezer bag or container. Place wax paper between stacking to prevent them from sticking together.

Traditional waffles are not vegan as they use dairy milk and eggs to be made. This recipe here is made to be vegan with non-dairy milk and no eggs.
