Storing Leftovers

Due to the cheesecake mixture, the perfect way to store these easy churro cheesecake bars is to store them in an airtight container and keep them nice and cool in the fridge.

Tips

Make sure that you use an electric mixer when making in the medium bowl ( a stand mixer is totally fine, too!) One of the best things about this recipe is that you want to have a smooth texture on these cinnamon treats.

Don’t be scared to have fun and add toppings! The top of the filling is sweet with the remaining cinnamon-sugar mixture but you can always add on another tbsp cinnamon or even sprinkle with some chocolate chips.

If all you have is salted butter, omit adding any extra salt anywhere else in the recipe.
