- 2 Large Carrots shredded
- 4 Romaine Lettuce Leaves
- ½ Cup (118 2/7 ml) Sprout Mix
- ½ Cup (50 g) Shredded Parmesan Cheese
- ½ Lime
- 1 Tablespoon Coconut Oil
- ½ Teaspoon Chili Seasoning
- ½ Teaspoon Fresh Rosemary
- ½ Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
- ½ Teaspoon Smoked Paprika
- ½ Teaspoon Black Sesame Seeds or white
- ½ Teaspoon Garlic Powder
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Clean, peel and devein the shrimp if needed.12 Ounces Uncooked Fresh King Prawn
- In a large bowl mix the shrimp, chili seasoning, rosemary, cayenne, paprika, and garlic powder until well coated.½ Teaspoon Chili Seasoning,½ Teaspoon Fresh Rosemary,½ Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper,½ Teaspoon Smoked Paprika,½ Teaspoon Garlic Powder
- Heat the coconut oil in a large skillet.1 Tablespoon Coconut Oil
- Add the prawns or shrimp and cook on each side for 3-4 minutes or until golden brown.
- Squeeze the juice of half of the lime over the shrimp. Set aside.½ Lime
- In the same skillet add the carrots, and saute for 6-7 minutes.2 Large Carrots

- Remove the carrots from the skillet and set aside.
