Recipe Ingredients
See the recipe card below for a complete list of ingredients and measurements.

Ingredient Notes:
- Fruity Pebbles Cereal – The star ingredient adds crunch and flavor both inside the donuts and as a topping. We’ll use it two ways for maximum impact.
- Buttermilk – Creates a tender crumb and helps the donuts stay moist. The cereal soaks in the buttermilk for extra flavor.
- All-purpose flour – The base of our donut batter. Be sure to measure correctly for the best texture.
- Greek yogurt or sour cream – Either option adds moisture and helps create a tender crumb in the finished donuts.
- Salted butter – Adds richness and flavor. Make sure it’s melted and slightly cooled before using.
- Vanilla extract – Enhances all the flavors in the donuts and glaze.
Substitutions and Additions
- Oil Options – Use vegetable oil or canola oil interchangeably
- Extract Flavors – Try almond extract in place of strawberry in the glaze
- Yogurt Choice – Plain Greek yogurt or sour cream work equally well
- Milk Options – Whole milk or 2% milk work in the glaze
