Ingredients for Dill Pasta Salad

Pasta, Olive Oil, Lemon Juice, Lemon, Dill, Feta Cheese, Lemon Pepper, Seasoning.

You can use any kind of pasta that you prefer for this recipe- I used medium shells in mine!

Substitutions and Variations

  • You can substitute fresh parsley for the dill and add in a bit of oregano.
  • Add in some sliced or diced carrots, cucumbers, and tomatoes to make this recipe even more healthy.
  • For a creamy dill pasta salad, add in sour cream or mayonnaise.
  • If you love dill flavor you can add sliced dill pickles to your pasta salad with dill.

How to Make Dill Pasta Salad

  1. Prepare pasta according to package directions. Drain the pasta, but do not rinse it! (Photo 1)
  2. Place pasta in a large bowl and drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice. Toss to coat completely.
  3. Sprinkle in lemon zest and dill, toss to distribute, then add lemon pepper seasoning and feta cheese. Taste and adjust as desired. (Photos 2 & 3)
  4. Enjoy warm or refrigerate until cool.

Can I use dried dill to make this recipe?

You can but remember that dried herbs are stronger than fresh, so use 2 teaspoons of dried dill instead of 2 tablespoons of fresh dill.

  1. I need 20 servings. How much does this recipe make? Do I need to double, triple or change recipe in any way? Sounds delish.
