- 10-12 oz (283 ½ g) tortellini pasta any flavor, cooked and cooled
- 5 oz (141 ¾ g) mini pepperoni
- 4 oz (113 ⅖ g) Monterey jack cheese cubed
- 2 oz (56 ⅔ g) black olives sliced
- ¼ cup (59 ⅐ g) each red orange, and green bell pepper
- ¼ cup (56 g) oil & vinegar salad dressing
- 1 teaspoon dry onion
- 1 teaspoon dry Italian seasoning
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the tortellini according to the package instructions, set aside, and let cool10-12 oz tortellini pasta
