Instant Pot Chicken Tetrazzini FAQs

Can I make Tetrazzini using other pasta?

Tetrazzini is traditionally served with spaghetti noodles, but this dish would also be wonderfully made with fettuccine, medium shells, or rotini noodles instead.

How to make chicken juicier?

You can brine the chicken before cooking it to make it juicy. Brining adds moisture to your chicken breast. This makes the meat juicier and tender as well.

How long does Chicken Tetrazzini keep in the refrigerator?

If you’re making a creamy pasta, put it in the fridge within four hours after cooking it. Wrap the pasta dish tightly in plastic wrap or store it in the refrigerator in airtight containers. If refrigerated properly, your Instant Pot Chicken and Noodles with Cream of Mushroom Soup will last 3 to 5 days.

How can I reheat my Instant Pot Chicken Tetrazzini?

You have two alternatives for reheating this Instant Pot Chicken Tetrazzini: on the stovetop or in the microwave. If your sauce separates when reheating, you may need to stir it and add a bit more milk. If the leftovers are too dry, add a few teaspoons of milk, heavy cream, or chicken stock. Keep stirring ‘till hot.
