What’s included
Cover sheet
I love adding a cover sheet to my planners so that way you can add them to a binder or folder and know exactly what type of planner it is.
Meal planner
Enter all the details about your party from the budget to the location and number of guests. I’ve even broken it down into adults and kids for easier planning.
From there, you can fill out your menu from appetizers to drinks and desserts, so you know exactly what you’ll need to make.
There is also a notes section that lets you write anything else related to your party.
Party guest list
This is the perfect way to keep track of your guest list and if someone is planning on bringing anything. The last column is optional but great for BYOB or potluck-style parties.
I also made a small section where you can write down the guests with allergies or dietary restrictions. It’s always nice to have some alternatives on the table.
Shopping List
There’s no way you can throw a 4th of July party without a shopping list! Write down all the things you need for the celebration and check the items as you purchase them.
Food is important so there’s plenty of space to note all the ingredients you need for your patriotic table. And don’t forget the fireworks!
Party planning checklist
What do you need to get done before the big day? This planner will help you write out your entire to-do list and organize them based on when you need to get them done! I have included sections for one week all the way to the day of the party for easy planning.
Cooking Schedule
It’s a good idea to plan your cooking for the party as it will streamline and speed up your work. This way, you’ll make better use of your kitchen appliances.
There’s also a to-do list and notes section where you can write all tasks you need to do between kitchen activities.
Notes Sheet
Use this notes sheet however you want to. It’s blank so you can assign its purpose and it doesn’t have to be just one.
4th of July Editable Invitation
Sending invites and keeping track of RSVPs is stressful enough. This set also includes an editable invitation you can fill out and print or email to your friends and family.
Open it in a pdf reader such as Adobe Reader and place the cursor in any of the red text fields at the bottom of the invitation. There, you can change the party details.
After you fill in your info, hit the Save button and either print and cut or email the invitation.
How to use this party planner printable
Print off the planner sheets and decide which pages you need for your party. Assemble your planner in a binder, or staple the pages together, so you don’t lose anything.
To put together your binder, you’ll need:
- Binder: A simple 1-inch binder or smaller will do the trick for this planner.
- Protective Sleeve: This keeps your printables clean just in case you make a spill or mess while you’re using the planner.
